The First Night and Awards Reception was held on January 30th.
The Arts Council of Carteret County was honored to have the Honorable Danny Navey, Mayor of Atlantic Beach, open the evening with a presentation of the February as Arts Month Proclamation. He presented the proclamation certificate to the President of the Arts Council, Beverly Glover-Wood.
