Many artists abstract images from their original form to make creative, expressive shapes. In this class we will look at inspiring pieces from art history and create several paintings using abstract methods. Advanced students can learn to loosen up and beginning students can learn to control their brushwork without the pressure of trying to be realistic. We will be using acrylic paints.
